Our mission is to foster local community development and collaboration by educating and empowering individuals, while addressing their basic needs.

The Dekavva Foundation was established in 2024 in response to the urgent needs of forcibly displaced Armenians from Artsakh.

We started out as just a small group of people trying to help those who had lost their homes and homeland. But we quickly realized that a more organized and sustained approach was needed. That’s how our foundation came to life.

Our vision is to strengthen Armenia by fostering self-sufficient, proactive, and collaborative communities.
